Gwen Stefani recapped some of the memories she’s shared with husband Blake Shelton as she celebrated the country star’s birthday on Wednesday (June 18).
Stefani, 55, said “happy birthday to my greatest love [Blake Shelton] u are my everything!! ❤️❤️,” she wrote in the caption of a clip she shared on Instagram. She set it to “Nobody But You,” the romantic duet she and Shelton, 49, released in 2019. Over the years, they’ve also released “Happy Anywhere,” “Purple Irises,” and most recently, “Hangin’ On,” which appears on Shelton’s latest studio album that arrived last month.
“I don’t wanna live without you/ I don’t wanna even breathe/ I don’t wanna dream about you/ I wanna wake up with you next to me/ I don’t wanna go down any other road now/ I don’t wanna love nobody but you/ Lookin’ in your eyes now, if I had to die now/ I don’t wanna love nobody but you”
Shelton and Stefani met when they were both coaching on The Voice in 2014. They confirmed the following year that they’d started dating, got engaged in 2020 and got married in July 2021 on Shelton’s ranch in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Shelton has since embraced his role as a stepfather to Stefani’s three sons from her previous marriage, Kingston, 19, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11.
