An American Woman Is Sad That Aussies Never Say "Shrimp on the Barbie"

An American woman who moved to Australia has been posting phrases and terms that are different Down Under. The most famous is "Shrimp on the Barbie," which Paul Hogan used to say in a 1980s tourism campaign.

She was upset after learning they say "prawns" instead of "shrimp." . . . and a cup of tea is called "cuppa."
